Malcolm Mac Donald

This is the title of the album which I am working on for our youngest grand son - Malcolm Mac Donald.  The LO was part of the Enmarc Spring Blog Hop and I was inspired by a sketch from Let's Scrap

Mauritius

I am over the moon with this LO and won the weekly prize on the Let's Scrap website.  It is also a combination with the Enmarc Spring Blog Hop.  I had to create a LO with Spring in mind.  In Mauritius we don't have clear seasons but these photo's were all taken from our garden and also in our garden.  What a blessing to be able to live like this in our present season in our lives

All About Boots

At the moment I am taking part in the Enmarc Spring Blog Hop and am loving it.
The focus of this LO is Bernadette's choice of shoes for her wedding.  In contrast with the boots is the dainty ballet shoes which Anya & Karla wore.....

A llittle bit of this and that

I have been very slack in my blogging experience.  I made a note to myself this morning to blog at least once a week and to update whatever went on in my life or what I created.
We had visitors from South Africa, Francois & Ingrid Victor for a week which kept me pretty busy being hostess and tour guide - not much time for my favorite scrapbooking but will rectify it this week.  I did some work on my tapestry while they were sight seeing which is good.
This week it will be back to basics on my daily life and eating programme - I need to loose these extra kilograms!!!!!

Beach Fun

The Layout is titled "BEACH FUN" and the photo's were all taken during July 2012 when the kids came over to visit and had a wonderful time with us.

I used a sketch from Let's Scrap Challenge 9-5-12.

Belle Mare Plage Resort

We had a wonderful time at the Belle Mare Plage Golf Resort & Hotel in Mauritius for the past 8 days.  It was truly rest therapy and just what the doctor ordered.  We played lots of golf - still very frustrating as both of us are beginners but nevertheless tried our best.

Suzette joined us on Wednesday afternoon and tomorrow we all head back to our house in Cap Malhereux, for another week of chinwagging.  She will be flying back to South Africa on 8 September 2012.  Suzette brought me lots of goodies from the Enmarc Craft Range and I can't wait to start playing.
